I think many people dont realize that what may work for others may not work for them. I always see people on a no-carb diet or eliminating things that they just eat to much of. Well for me, no-carb diets lead to me to a down whorl. I have came to a solution where I actually increase my carb intake then before which I think was the reason why I ate so much of it. I now eat some cereal after school with some dark chocolate peanut butter instead of greek yogurt and fruits because for me that helps me not binge later on in the day or in the upcoming days. It really depends on you. If you cant control the chocolate you eat in a day don’t just cut it out completely, because then you will just end up binge eating every piece of chocolate in sight. Instead, start eating a few pieces of darker chocolate a day and decrease it every few weeks. If the craving starts again, increase it by a piece or 2. It wont hurt you if you indulge in a bit of chocolate and the darker the better. |
